This hotel is such a hidden gem! I was blown away by how affordable it is, and yet still so close to shops, restaurants and the center city. The staff are attentive to detail, which made my stay feel more personalized. Also, the basic amenities provided were hard to use everything, which was such a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was situated in an area near restaurants and shops which was convenient. the rooms were clean and tidy, with good quality doors and security. the bathroom was spacious and had anti-slip flooring. the rooms were quite small and had no space to put our luggage.

The staff service was quite poor, with insufficient service staff to deliver our requests to the room and a technician staff member who was very rude and unprofessional.

Great location! We initially booked a family room, but found it too crowded for four adults with limited luggage space. We requested a room change and were upgraded to a deluxe twin room. The room was clean and the bed linen smelled amazing. Definitely worth the money!
